Designed and built the Brewly admin dashboard — an analytics platform that tracks profit, AI-generated revenue, labour cost savings, and waste reduction in a single overview. The predictive analytics panel forecasts upsell performance by item and time window. The in-store operations panel gives managers a live view of order flow and bundle performance. The sales report breaks down revenue, waste, and customer retention metrics with enough granularity for weekly decision-making. Every chart was chosen to answer a specific operational question, not to fill space.
